Traditional Yoga · Naturopathy · Meditation — rooted in Rishikesh

Balance begins with looking within.

Aadiyog is the personal practice of Vineet Naithani, born and trained in Rishikesh. Through traditional Yoga, naturopathy, meditation and guidance on food and daily life, he works with each person individually, towards balance of body, mind and emotions.

Three qualities

Sattva, rajas and tamas

The cooking lessons follow a presentation Aadiyog calls Welcome to Holistic Cooking. It describes food through three qualities, and focuses on the first.

Three qualities

Sattvic

Fresh-made food from fresh ingredients, without fish or meat, eaten soon after it is prepared, with whole grains at its centre.

Quality two

Rajasic

Fresh-made food from fresh ingredients, without fish or meat, eaten soon after it is prepared, with whole grains at its centre.

Quality three

Tamasic

Fresh-made food from fresh ingredients, without fish or meat, eaten soon after it is prepared, with whole grains at its centre.

Every practice at Aadiyog starts in the same place: a personal consultation to understand your condition, your daily life and what you are looking for. From there, you decide together what comes next.
