The person behind Aadiyog
A life in Yoga that began in Rishikesh
Aadiyog rests on a few ideas from traditional Yogic philosophy and from Vineet’s own practice. They shape every class, consultation and programme.

How it works
Every programme begins with understanding the person
No programme is one-size-fits-all, but each follows the same steps.
01
Personal consultation
A conversation about your current health concerns, lifestyle, diet and personal circumstances.
02
Observation
Following naturopathic tradition, Vineet observes areas such as the skin, eyes, tongue and abdomen, and asks about eating habits.
03
Individual assessment
Together you decide which yogic and naturopathic practices may be appropriate for you.
04
Your plan
You agree the duration and a daily schedule, often two to four hours a day depending on the programme.
05
The programme
The agreed practices are carried out over the agreed days, with diet and lifestyle support alongside.
06
Continuing at home
Some practices are given to continue at home for a defined period. The longer aim is greater awareness and balance.
Programmes
Structured programmes
Some people come for a defined programme. Each begins with a consultation, and the practices and number of days are agreed together.
